Sue Primeau

Picture
Since childhood, Sue has had a passion to paint and draw. If paper and drawing tools were unavailable, she found any sharp object at hand and carved imagery into wood furnishings.
Her first introduction to painting was in oils, later acrylics, and later yet, some pastels. Nothing really worked for her, however, until some 25 years ago when Sue hooked on watercolor, mesmerized by its challenges and transparency.
Today, Sue lives in Ocala, teaching watercolor locally and leads travel-painting workshops abroad. She finds great joy in helping others realize their innate artistic and creative talents.
Sue exhibits at galleries in many juried art shows, including the prestigious Florida Watercolor Society.
She's been licensed on greeting cards, and many of her works and painting lessons are published in how-to watercolor books by internationally known Wisconsin artist Karlyn Holman.
Sue has won a number of awards for her work and continues to strive for excellence in all her artistic endeavors.
