I've been a journalist, college professor, wife, daughter, sister, pet mom, aunt, and friend. Each role has brought its joys and challenges. In my writing, I like to explore life's celebratory times and also those times when life smacks you in the face. I also enjoy making short videos for friends and relatives to help them mark peak moments, like birthdays, weddings, and other important times.
