Rainbow Springs Art in Dunnellon is open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm  and Sundays  11 am to 2pm.

Due to popularity, preparation and Instructor availability, there are NO REFUNDS for classes. 
​ Students will receive a class credit that can be used for any class with the SAME Instructor for up to a year.
​Class credit form must be presented at the time of registration, or by calling the gallery at 352-445-8547 for arrangements.

What is a Materials Fee?  Most classes will have all of the materials provided for students. This allows the student to try new forms of art without having to purchase expensive supplies themselves. The material fee is paid directly to the Instructor when the student arrives at the class.  This fee also offsets the cost of supplies used and lets the Instructor the ability to offer quality materials for the best learning experience.

Potted Summer Flowers
Two types of air-dry clay will be used to make this cute little flowerpot and flowers. We will mix paint or pigment into the clay.

Winter Wonderland Watercolor: Christmas in July
In this class, we will play with how color moves on wet paper, and create a charming woodsy landscape with snow on 81/2x11 watercolor paper with a border, ready for framing. We will also learn and practice wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry, and masking techniques. No experience necessary.

Mosaic Madness
Mosaic Madness is here! Learn this amazing and incredibly forgiving art style. Erica from The Mosaic Mermaid will teach you to cut , score and grind stained glass into a finished,  grouted Mosaic. Choice of manatee, fish or turtle.  This is a two day class
Class is a total of 6 hours, 3 hours each day. All supplies included

Fish Ornaments:Christmas In July
Paperclay is a wonderful air-dry medium to craft your very own fishy friend ornaments. This is a three hour, two day class. On the first day we’ll mold two paperclay fishes, and then on the second day after the fish dries, we’ll paint it in colors of your choice and hang it from a cord.

Intro to Acrylics: Lighthouse in the Storm
Capture the drama of a stormy sky and learn how to paint a lighthouse on a rocky fortress with the crash of the waves! Learn brush techniques for different textures in your painting. For any level artist with one-on-one instruction. No experience needed, and all materials are included.

Making Zines
Become published in two hours! Learn how to create a micro-edition mini book/maga’zine’ on one piece of copy paper which can then be photocopied easily. Learn how to format and fold zines. Brainstorm ideas, plan, and execute with your choice of media. Art supplies will be available. Leave with 10 photocopies of your zine for sharing/distribution/sale.

The Artist’s Soul: Art Journaling 
Begin an altered-book art journal using collage, mixed media, text and a mantra.
Learn tips to make a vintage book into your personal journal, deepen your practice and to try new techniques and media. 
This is a monthly class on the first Sunday of every month. Bring your art journal, create separate pages to add to your book later, or use an available vintage book.

Chair Yoga Class – For Your Body & Mind
Join us for a gentle yet effective weekly yoga class designed to support both your physical and mental well-being. Using a chair as a prop, we will move through seated and standing postures that promote flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
This class is good for all levels.

Making beautiful Sea Glass Jewelry
​We will use sea glass, wire, beads and charms to create beautiful sea glass jewelre. All supplies are included. Students will pick out their own sea glass, charms, and/or beads. I will also offer chains for their creation. The end product is a beautiful pendant.

Summer Potted Flowers
We will create the pot and while it is drying, make a few simple flowers on the first day,  then we will come back the following week to assemble and add any touch-ups needed. This is a beginner-friendly class. We'll use two different types of air-dry clay
