POUR DECOR–ACRYLIC POUR ON FURNITURE: TRAY TABLE
Saturday April 20 from 3 pm to 6 pm Class Fee $50 Materials Fee $25 Instructor Bridget Hanley Kick your decorating skills up a notch with an acrylic poured tray table. Students must bring in their own tray table or small table with a surface no larger than 20 inches in either direction. No experience required. Learn how to prepare and finish your furniture, then try a small test piece on 8 x 10 canvas. Your art must stay at the gallery to dry before moving. LET’S MAKE CATS! ANIMAL MINIATURES IN CLAY

Monday May 6 from 5 pm to 7 pm Class Fee $50 Materials Fee $10 Instructor Bridget Hanley Is watercolor too hard to learn? Is acrylic too heavy and thick? Well, if watercolor and acrylic were to have a baby it would be GOUACHE. All the characteristics of watercolor with the punch of acrylic. Learn how to apply gouache in your paintings or add to your watercolors to punch up the effects! Students will paint two 5 x 7 paintings to learn all the wonderful aspects of gouache. HOW TO MAKE INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK REELS
Saturday May 11, from 1 pm to 3 pm CLASS FEE $25 Instructor: Rowena Murillo Social media is the new way of communicating and smart, entertaining reels can increase your audience with creative engagement for business or personal accounts. Bring your smartphone and Instagram/Facebook accounts and learn how to create engaging short videos. Learn how to use music, cut, edit and filters. Students are encouraged to take some videos with your phone beforehand to use in the class. |

Open to all, for local poets to read their own poetry and for lovers of poetry to hear them read. Poets sign up at the beginning of the meeting and are allowed up to three poems.
