I am a willing participant in the Rainbow Springs Art Festival. By signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Rainbow Springs Art, Inc., as well as its employees, agents, representatives, officers, successors, etc., from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the Rainbow Springs Art Festival. I, the undersigned, further hold harmless Rainbow Springs Art, Inc., and any representative, employee, agent, officer, or successor from any claim from a third party.
