Open Pottery Studio
Experience Required
Use our facility to create without pressure or instruction.
Studio orientation required and completed on the first day.
$75 per person
Three person maximum
November dates and times:
Friday 11/6 1-4 pm
Saturday 11/7 10am-4pm
Friday 11/20 1-4pm
Saturday 11/21 1-4pm
Includes the use of electric pottery wheels, basic tools, work tables and glazes.
Does not include clay or firings. See our website, rainbowspringsart.com, Pottery Studio page for that information. You will be notified when completed pieces are ready for pickup.
Preparing for a class.
Working with clay can be messy. Recommend an apron, hand towel, hair tied back and short fingernails. If taking a pottery wheel class dress for the days weather since our studio has no heat or a/c.
How long before my pottery is ready for pickup.
Expect three to four weeks and sometimes longer. Pottery must be very dry before the bisque firing and a second glaze fire will follow. You will be notified by the instructor when your pottery is ready for pickup.
