Qi Gong for Enhanced Health and Calmness
Qi Gong is an ancient exercise designed to enhance overall health and wellness. This practice combines the power of breath with slow, intentional movements designed to improve balance, calmness, flexibility, focus, strength, and health. It can be practiced standing or sitting and is recommended for all ages. It is best to wear soft, loose clothing for comfort and bring a mat for floor stretching. Join us for a calm, meditative exercise experience. For the month of March you will receive a Free Bonus class on the 5th Monday.

Can I cancel my participation in a class?
Due to popularity, advanced preparation, and instructor availability, there are no refunds. Students unable to attend will receive a one-year class credit form to be presented at the time of registration for a replacement class with the same instructor.
What is a Materials Fee?
Most classes will have the instructor provide all of the materials, unless otherwise specified. This allows the student to try new forms of art without having to invest in supplies. The material fee is paid in cash directly to the Instructor upon arrival to class.
