I would like to share with you a bit more about my background and my journey as an artist.

Okay, my passion for creating began at a very young age, inspired by the activities I shared with my grandmother.
Her influence, combined with my early fascination with light and color, eventually led me to discover glasswork.

My grandmother always had a craft project in progress, and those activities were the highlight of my visits from the time I was three years old.
Whether it was cross-stitch, ornaments, or beadwork, she was constantly creating.
By the age of six, the Lite-Brite became my favorite toy, further fueling my interest in light and color.

Moon Shadow

She was my companion for thirty years until she passed away in 2012. Following her passing in 2012, I sought a way to honor her memory.
That holiday season, I wanted to create something special with her in mind, which ultimately marked the beginning of my deep interest in glasswork.

Summer Butterfly

Four years ago, I began a self-taught course after visiting a local glass shop, and what started as a hobby quickly grew into a calling.

Plants & Books

Transitioning to this field has brought me a sense of peace that I previously struggled to find during my fifteen years as a litigation paralegal. The demanding nature of that career often required 60 to 80 hours of work per week, leading to significant burnout.

Leaf of Life

Working with glass has finally allowed me to slow down and focus on what life really means to me.

Sun Catcher

For the past two years, I have been a full-time glass artist, utilizing my studies in color theory to move from an intuitive approach to a more purposeful application of color in my pieces.

Get the Ball Rolling

Outside the studio, I am an avid enthusiast of decorative plants and maintain a collection of over forty plants.

Green Treasure

I also enjoy staying active through workouts. I enjoy attending competitive sports events, particularly college basketball, baseball, and football.
