SPACE DETAILS
- 10’x10’ space: $30 per space
- Table only: $15 (up to 8ft space)

NOTES
- Our events are family friendly events. No smoking or alcoholic beverages on premise
- All vendors must be approved. We will contact you to advise of the outcome of your application
- All fees are non-refundable
- Vendors must provide their own equipment (Tent, tent weights(required), tables, chairs, etc.)
- Electric is not available (Quiet generators acceptable for food vendors only)
- Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as found

To receive approval, you must email 5 photos of your products to rsacoop2016@gmail.com. If pictures are not submitted, the application is considered incomplete.

All food vendors must be licensed and insured

All Vendors must agree to release Rainbow Springs Art inc. and their agents from all liability for injury, damage, or loss to persons or property. Rainbow Springs Art inc. will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the event.
