Thanks for your interest in my novel, The Main Ingredient, a book about family, friends, hometowns, and finding one's place in the world. Not to mention fried fish and lemon bars.
I've been a journalist, college professor, wife, daughter, sister, pet mom, aunt, and friend. Each role has brought its joys and challenges.
In my writing, I like to explore life's celebratory times and also those times when life smacks you in the face.
I also enjoy making short videos for friends and relatives to help them mark peak moments, like birthdays, weddings, and other important times.
As a member of Rainbow Springs Art in Dunnellon, I teach writing classes.
I welcome writing, editing, video, or teaching inquiries.

  The Main Ingredient,
  Novel by Margo Wilson

Take Margo's Class: Make a List. Check It Twice. Publish a List Poem.

Write a list poem. Publish it on our webzine. A list poem is one of the easiest poems to write, but it takes planning and inspiration. Though simple, it can have a great deal of depth. Come join us for brainstorming, laughter, and publishing success. We will post our creations on a web page that's on the gallery's website. Take home some writing prompts to jumpstart your writing process. Bring a laptop or paper and pen.
        Saturday, Feb. 27, 1-4 p.m.
        Instructor: Margo Wilson. Cost: $30.
