Join a March Class

Registration for classes at the Rainbow Springs Art in Dunnellon gallery is in person, by phone during business hours Wednesday to Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (352) 445-8547, or online below. The gallery is at 20804 W. Pennsylvania Ave. Dunnellon​​

ACRYLIC POUR WITH MORE
This is a two-day class. You will create  two unique paintings. On Day One, you will pour two canvases using two different acrylic pour techniques. On Day Two, you will learn to embellish your pour with landscapes, scenes, animals, or stencil. No experience is required -- just come,  have fun, and see what you can do.
Two-Day Class, Tues., March 7 and 14
Fee: $65.  All materials included.

WATERCOLOR WEDNESDAY
Paint a landscape with a building (barn, house, shed, etc.)This class is open to the first-timer or the more advanced. Bring a reference photo. Learn composition and different techniques for creating artistic subjects that are impressive. Students may bring their own supplies or request a kit for $10.
Wed., March 22, 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Fee: $40. A materials list will be provided by email. (There’s a a $10 materials fee for a  kit if you request it.)

SPRING BASKET
Spring is here.  Let's make a basket with the lovely colors of spring.  We will use a wood base and spokes, dyed in various colors. The sides of the basket will be woven in a twill weave pattern with natural reed to let the colors show through.  A raffia embellishment will be added to complete the basket. Wear play clothes. The class is suitable for all levels of weavers. You may bring drinks and snacks.
